Identify the bucket trap proposal
Bucket Trap is a product-directory name used by Pherobio. Ask for the proposed item reference and its current description. Where your team already uses a trap carrying a similar name, send its photograph and label. Ask the supplier to explain the relationship between that existing item and the proposed purchase, including any differences requiring review.
Separate trap and lure requests
Include a distinct question about the lure or other component your team wants to discuss with the bucket trap. Name the intended target and ask for the proposed pairing in writing. Request separate identification for each supplied component so the quotation can be understood without assuming that every item mentioned in the enquiry is automatically included.
Supply the relevant project context
Explain the monitoring objective, the intended location and who will assess the product documents. Attach any requirements for access, inspection or storage arising from the project. Ask your responsible adviser to review the product-specific response, and have outstanding questions answered before using the proposal to write a field procedure or replenishment schedule.
Prepare a clear bucket trap order
List requested traps and associated items independently, with your proposed quantities and desired delivery timing. Ask about minimum order conditions and packaging arrangements. Request the instructions accompanying the selected item and keep them connected to its reference. If a different package is proposed, review its description as a separate option before approving the purchase.
